Let me introduce myself...

I am an ordained Anglican minister, director of Micro Movements, and doctoral student in the area of Missional Leadership, focusing on how we develop innovative missional leadership in the Australian context.

I am passionate about contextualized discipleship and mission and have worked with various organizations to help denominations and churches raise up leaders for church planting. I have a particular passion for raising up women for church planting and have partnered with women all over the world to launch The Company, a network to support women in church planting. 

Until the end of 2020, I was Senior Associate Minister at Glen Waverley Anglican Church in Melbourne where we pioneered a network of missional communities alongside a contemporary Anglican Church. 

Resting, I love to spend time with my husband and kids, exploring the outdoors, reading books, and wakeboarding when the Melbourne weather allows for it!
